What is your return process?

You may return items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If we have not been contacted by email within 30 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Your item must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging to accept your returns.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we do not offer shipping anywhere outside the United States.

What payment methods to do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Etc.) and PayPal express checkout. We do not accept checks or cash payments.

What is your typical delivery time?

Typically 3-5 days. We ship everything USPS First Class or UPS Ground (Depending on size). Keep in mind; we only process our orders Monday through Friday, and order processing typically takes 1-3 business days to process.

Where can I track my order?

You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information when your order is processed. You can also check your order status via your Account Page.
